This project appeared to us one day as an evidence: there was no suitable hotel accommodation in France or even in Europe to accommodate electrohypersensitive people (EHS) with a wired Internet connection.
We wanted to offer a place of accommodation open to all based on the concept of "electromagnetic sobriety": the least electromagnetic waves possible while allowing those who wish to connect to the Internet for work or leisure, by means of a wired Internet connection. The Domaine de La Briandais is a hotel without WIFI, where electronic devices must be switched off or in airplane mode, so that they do not emit high frequency electromagnetic waves.
Being EHS, as they say, means that it is difficult to support what we call electromagnetic waves, and in particular high-frequency waves emitted by our mobile phones, WIFI, Bluetooth, but also microwaves, induction hobs, etc.
For EHS people, it is difficult to find a suitable location for every holiday, weekend or business trip.
We do not oppose technologies that are now part of our personal and professional lives, we offer only an atypical and unique place that we have designed to allow our customers to live the experience of a parenthesis without electromagnetic pollution while remaining connected to the world.
At the Domaine de La Briandais, the very low level of high frequency waves as well as the simple and authentic surrounding nature make it an ideal place for a rejuvenating stay and a restful sleep.

The Domaine de La Briandais offers you to enjoy a stay, a lunch or a dinner, in an environment where the electromagnetic waves that surround us daily, are reduced to their bare minimum. This is the principle of "electromagnetic sobriety".
However, you are not "cut off from the world". Thanks to the wired internet network deployed throughout the mansion, you can surf the Internet from your mobile phone or tablet in airplane mode using an adapter that we put at your disposal according to your device.
A dedicated area in the park also allows you to make your phone calls from your mobile, and a landline phone is available to each of our guests in the entrance of the hotel. For guests staying at the hotel, each of our 15 rooms is equipped with a landline telephone with a direct phone line whose number is communicated to you upon arrival.
